To the People of the United States of America

To the people of the United States of America

“AFTER an unequivocal experience of the inefficiency of the subsisting federal government, you are called upon to deliberate on a new Constitution for the United States of America. The subject speaks its own importance; comprehending in its consequences nothing less than the existence of the UNION, the safety and welfare of the parts of which it is composed, the fate of an empire in many respects the most interesting in the world. It has been frequently remarked that it seems to have been reserved to the people of this country, by their conduct and example, to decide the important question, whether societies of men are really capable or not of establishing good government from reflection and choice, or whether they are forever destined to depend for their political constitutions on accident and force. If there be any truth in the remark, the crisis at which we are arrived may with propriety be regarded as the era in which that decision is to be made; and a wrong election of the part we shall act may, in this view, deserve to be considered as the general misfortune of mankind.”

Above is a direct quote from Alexander Hamilton’s Federalist Paper NO 1 in which he will begin his argument for a new federal government and our present Constitution. This same opening could just as well be used today with the present government we have. From it’s very beginning career politicians have done everything in there power to advance there parties agenda in place of the peoples welfare. Notice he starts out with the fact that the current government of the time is inefficient, much like the current government we have, also notice that he is very worried about our very existence, it’s safety and welfare.

Some might say we still face these problems today, others will cry radical, or fear monger but that’s ok, because if fearing that my grandchildren and great-grandchildren will not be able to grown up in the same America I did, then get that radical stamp out and increase the size of the letters, color them red and make sure you stamp my file twice.

I have always been a student of history and have always believed that what you don’t learn from history you are doomed to repeat. I think Hamilton understood this also

Among the most formidable of the obstacles which the new Constitution will have to encounter may readily be distinguished the obvious interest of a certain class of men in every State to resist all changes which may hazard a diminution of the power, emolument, and consequence of the offices they hold under the State establishments; and the perverted ambition of another class of men, who will either hope to aggrandize themselves by the confusions of their country, or will flatter themselves with fairer prospects of elevation from the subdivision of the empire into several partial confederacies than from its union under one government.”

In the third paragraph of his first paper Hamilton, although he doesn’t come right out and say it, has shown us the biggest enemy of the this country is, “greed”. It was true then and it’s true now. Greed within the financial industry, greed within the manufacturing industry, and greed within our own government. Personal, private and public greed the need to subjugate those around you for your own personal gains, the need to have more than anyone else, the need to be the Alpha Dog no matter who it hurts. Tell me is this all there is to life? Is this why, if you consider yourself a Christian, your God created you, or if you’re an atheist, is this why you climbed out of the primordially ooze, so you could be number one?

As it was then it is now it is up to us the people of the United States of America, to direct our government. If in Hamilton’s day the states hadn’t ratified the Constitution one can only imagine what type of country we would be living in. But our forefathers did ratify the Constitution and it is the law of the land and friends we are the land. The time has come for the American people to take back the country we so dearly love and put the politicians on notice. They will do what they were elected to do or there career is over, we must stop believing the lies, we must stop thinking as a nation divided between political parties, we must stop the unbridled greed with which this countries financial markets are run, we must stop importing from counties that are really our enemies and most of all we must stop electing the same politicians who do nothing for us as a people. It makes no difference if your Irish, Italian, Mexican, Japanese, where ever your from, you’re here for a reason, you’re an American first and America needs all her sons and daughters, both new and old to stand up with one voice and stop the rape of our nation, because I tell you true, if we don’t stop it America will die, believe IT!

Shame

On 9/11 the passengers and crew of flight 93 armed with the knowledge of what had taken place with early hijacked planes that day, took a stand and fought back. In doing so Flight 93 crashed into the Pennsylvania country side, forever ingraining this small group as patriots of the highest order, people who where willing to die to protect others, to protect there country. This flight, these people will be remembered always, we many not know there names, but we will always remember there actions.

Now in an effort to build a shrine to these people, that government which on that day in September these most wonderful people died to protect is going to steal the land to build there shrine. You can call it what you will, but when anyone takes something that doesn’t belong to them, it’s stealing. Once again people have shown there need to glorify the dead without any consideration for the living.
If you really want to honor these people then do so by respecting the living for the dead have been cared for, now leave them in peace.

Live and let Live

Could someone explain to me just what the hell is going on in this world of ours. What is it with everyone wanting to control each others lives. What? You haven’t screwed your own life up enough, now you want to screw with the rest of the people around you. Damn people, live and let live, worry about your own life and you’ll have plenty to do. Let other’s live as you want to live, FREE.

Sad but True

I am very disappointed in the California state legal system, I was pretty sure that the United States Constitution insured free and equal rights to every citizen of this country, I guess that’s everyone the majority accepts. Once again religious and personal freedoms are only free if you have enough votes.

Rush Limbaugh

Rush Limbaugh now here is a seriously demented piece of work. This man would bitch about anything and everything the Dems do. This man is so Republican when he sleeps he doesn’t snore, he brays. So here’s a bit of a challenge for you Rush, come get some you old jackass, your parties ass was kicked in the election of 2008 for President wait and see what’s done to your party in 2010. The RNC has to be the most miss managed, under achieving mass of miss fits to ever have joined a political party, and all you have is a group of followers with the inability to think for themselves, and I would bet hard earned money that most of them never had the balls to put on a uniform and serve. How about you Limbaugh, what branch of the service did you serve in?

How do we love thee

America, born in of battle and sustained by blood. This is how much we love you.

Gaints Among You

One by one through the ages we have dawned the uniform
We have fought for that which we love
Our homes
Our family
Our country

In each conflict we have held our heads high
We have fought with honor
We have fought with bravery
And some have died

Some have been blessed
They are the lucky ones
The ones who return unharmed
Unlike there brothers in arms

Some have taken wounds
Lost limbs
Lost self
And lost hope

Others continue to fight in there minds
That place that is all confining
Punishing
Unforgiving

I tell you from the heart there are giants among you
Yet they prefer to hide
For like all brothers they knowThe true heroes, they never came home.
