Here we go Again!

Well it's that time of year again, though it seems to be that time of year all year, election time!

You know the first election I remember was the election of 1956 when Eisenhower was re-elected to office, I was 7 years old. Since that time I, like many, have followed the politics of our time. I remember my mother being a precinct committee person for the Democrats and even having the election machine in our front room for people to vote. Why up to the time I went into the Marine Corps in January of 1968 I considered myself a democrat, but the service and war have a way of re-educating you. By the time I came out of the corps I was neither a democrat or a republican, I was and am to this day independent and will be till the day I leave this earth. I have been asked why, and the answer is quit simply, neither political party cares about anything but there own little world. This is completely wrong, politics shouldn't be about the party it should be about the country and the people in it.

Every election cycle it's the same old thing, one candidate bad mouthing and belittling the other. People running for office trying to scare you into voting for them because they can keep you safe. So when did the people of this country become such pussies that they need some lying ass politician to keep them safe?? Yes I said lying ass politician, because if you think there telling the truth then you seriously need help. Politicians will tell you anything to get your vote, there not going to do anything if you elect them, cause the only time they really do any work is during the election. After the election they spend there time being wined and dined by lobbyist who are going to get them to vote for those pieces of legislation which benefits them the most. Not the things that benefits the average citizen.

When you go to the polls this year try and remember some things before you vote.
  1. Clinton gave Bush a surplus
  2. The Republicans tried to push all most the same health care reform in 1993
  3. Bush declared war on a country that did not attack us, Iraq
  4. Bush's war put us in debt over a trillion dollars. (so much for the surplus)
  5. The Republicans our fighting financial reform tooth and nail
  6. Most of the 501c3 orgs running, what I call hate ads, our backed by Insurance companies, Wall Street and the Republican party.
  7. And last but not least, if you truly want to live in a free country then get your head out of your ass and get the real truth not the bullshit from the boob tube.

This in no way is endorsement of the Democratic Party, I'm just say the Republicans seem to have lost the way and until they figure out the can't scare a vote out of us there going to keep doing the same old thing.

Oh and one other thing Harry Reid from Nevada has given his life to the state and one time was almost killed for it. Now he's is behind in the polls to a Republican women who wants you to give your doctor a chicken for his bill...... I don't have any chickens!!!

To the People of the United States of America

To the people of the United States of America

“AFTER an unequivocal experience of the inefficiency of the subsisting federal government, you are called upon to deliberate on a new Constitution for the United States of America. The subject speaks its own importance; comprehending in its consequences nothing less than the existence of the UNION, the safety and welfare of the parts of which it is composed, the fate of an empire in many respects the most interesting in the world. It has been frequently remarked that it seems to have been reserved to the people of this country, by their conduct and example, to decide the important question, whether societies of men are really capable or not of establishing good government from reflection and choice, or whether they are forever destined to depend for their political constitutions on accident and force. If there be any truth in the remark, the crisis at which we are arrived may with propriety be regarded as the era in which that decision is to be made; and a wrong election of the part we shall act may, in this view, deserve to be considered as the general misfortune of mankind.”

Above is a direct quote from Alexander Hamilton’s Federalist Paper NO 1 in which he will begin his argument for a new federal government and our present Constitution. This same opening could just as well be used today with the present government we have. From it’s very beginning career politicians have done everything in there power to advance there parties agenda in place of the peoples welfare. Notice he starts out with the fact that the current government of the time is inefficient, much like the current government we have, also notice that he is very worried about our very existence, it’s safety and welfare.

Some might say we still face these problems today, others will cry radical, or fear monger but that’s ok, because if fearing that my grandchildren and great-grandchildren will not be able to grown up in the same America I did, then get that radical stamp out and increase the size of the letters, color them red and make sure you stamp my file twice.

I have always been a student of history and have always believed that what you don’t learn from history you are doomed to repeat. I think Hamilton understood this also

Among the most formidable of the obstacles which the new Constitution will have to encounter may readily be distinguished the obvious interest of a certain class of men in every State to resist all changes which may hazard a diminution of the power, emolument, and consequence of the offices they hold under the State establishments; and the perverted ambition of another class of men, who will either hope to aggrandize themselves by the confusions of their country, or will flatter themselves with fairer prospects of elevation from the subdivision of the empire into several partial confederacies than from its union under one government.”

In the third paragraph of his first paper Hamilton, although he doesn’t come right out and say it, has shown us the biggest enemy of the this country is, “greed”. It was true then and it’s true now. Greed within the financial industry, greed within the manufacturing industry, and greed within our own government. Personal, private and public greed the need to subjugate those around you for your own personal gains, the need to have more than anyone else, the need to be the Alpha Dog no matter who it hurts. Tell me is this all there is to life? Is this why, if you consider yourself a Christian, your God created you, or if you’re an atheist, is this why you climbed out of the primordially ooze, so you could be number one?

As it was then it is now it is up to us the people of the United States of America, to direct our government. If in Hamilton’s day the states hadn’t ratified the Constitution one can only imagine what type of country we would be living in. But our forefathers did ratify the Constitution and it is the law of the land and friends we are the land. The time has come for the American people to take back the country we so dearly love and put the politicians on notice. They will do what they were elected to do or there career is over, we must stop believing the lies, we must stop thinking as a nation divided between political parties, we must stop the unbridled greed with which this countries financial markets are run, we must stop importing from counties that are really our enemies and most of all we must stop electing the same politicians who do nothing for us as a people. It makes no difference if your Irish, Italian, Mexican, Japanese, where ever your from, you’re here for a reason, you’re an American first and America needs all her sons and daughters, both new and old to stand up with one voice and stop the rape of our nation, because I tell you true, if we don’t stop it America will die, believe IT!

On 9/11 the passengers and crew of flight 93 armed with the knowledge of what had taken place with early hijacked planes that day, took a stand and fought back. In doing so Flight 93 crashed into the Pennsylvania country side, forever ingraining this small group as patriots of the highest order, people who where willing to die to protect others, to protect there country. This flight, these people will be remembered always, we many not know there names, but we will always remember there actions.

Now in an effort to build a shrine to these people, that government which on that day in September these most wonderful people died to protect is going to steal the land to build there shrine. You can call it what you will, but when anyone takes something that doesn’t belong to them, it’s stealing. Once again people have shown there need to glorify the dead without any consideration for the living.
If you really want to honor these people then do so by respecting the living for the dead have been cared for, now leave them in peace.

Live and let Live

Could someone explain to me just what the hell is going on in this world of ours. What is it with everyone wanting to control each others lives. What? You haven’t screwed your own life up enough, now you want to screw with the rest of the people around you. Damn people, live and let live, worry about your own life and you’ll have plenty to do. Let other’s live as you want to live, FREE.

Sad but True

I am very disappointed in the California state legal system, I was pretty sure that the United States Constitution insured free and equal rights to every citizen of this country, I guess that’s everyone the majority accepts. Once again religious and personal freedoms are only free if you have enough votes.

Rush Limbaugh

Rush Limbaugh now here is a seriously demented piece of work. This man would bitch about anything and everything the Dems do. This man is so Republican when he sleeps he doesn’t snore, he brays. So here’s a bit of a challenge for you Rush, come get some you old jackass, your parties ass was kicked in the election of 2008 for President wait and see what’s done to your party in 2010. The RNC has to be the most miss managed, under achieving mass of miss fits to ever have joined a political party, and all you have is a group of followers with the inability to think for themselves, and I would bet hard earned money that most of them never had the balls to put on a uniform and serve. How about you Limbaugh, what branch of the service did you serve in?

How do we love thee
